Quiet, clean and comfortable, 3 Cottages to choose from. We're able to accommodate up to 8 or as little as 1. Cottage 1 is a 2 bedroom with 1 queen, 1 full and 1 futon/bunkbed in second bedroom, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen and kitchenette, sleeps up to 8; Cottage 3 is an Efficiency with a futon/bunkbed, stocked kitchenette, full bath, sleeps up to 3; Cottage 4 is a 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a futon, fully stocked kitchen, full bath, sleeps up to 4. 

We have outdoor/indoor games available, LED smart TV, Heat & A/C in each cottage, WIFI available, trailer parking area, gas/charcoal grills available on patio, 1/2 mi, from Oakland Marina on Bull Shoals Reservoir. with excellent fishing, roads for any M/C rider skill level (super fun), Manager onsite, loaded with amenities. Restaurant within walking distance plus much more.  Please keep in mind that we are located in the woods in Arkansas and there may be creepy crawleys (and 4 legged ones) about the area. So please keep your door closed and enjoy the deer, turkeys, lizards and much more while u relax on the patio.
